Vintage Sewing Basket with Contents

Measures:  10” tall, 6” wide

A beautifully woven, lidded basket with a sturdy handle.  It is in very good condition, I can find no damage to the domed lid or the basket.  This likely dates to about the 1940’s but could be either side of that.  The contents include:

4 Pewter buttons with flower decoration, 1” wide

Blue glove darner, 3” long

3 pieces crocheted lace, 3” – 5.5” long

Old sewing tape measure

1 roll Quality Silk Prussian Binding, ½ inch

6 spools thread

1 homemade pin cushion
