Vintage Mid Century Hanging Plug-In Light, Rotating Glass Shade

Vintage hanging light dating to approximately the late 1950s to early 1960s.
This plug-in hanging light has an aqua-painted metal frame surrounding a rotating molded glass shade. One side is amber glass with an Art Deco-inspired geometric design, while the opposite side is clear diamond-patterned textured glass. The shade rotates, allowing you to choose between softer light through the amber glass or brighter light through the clear textured glass.
The lamp has been tested and is in working condition. The bulb becomes quite hot during operation. An LED bulb may reduce heat output, but I have not tested one. As with any vintage electrical item, I recommend evaluation by a qualified electrician before regular use.
The original cord is intact, and the rotary switch functions, although it turns somewhat stiffly. Part of the plastic switch knob has broken away but it still operates properly.
There are no chips or cracks in either the amber or clear glass. The painted metal has a few small areas of finish wear consistent with age and use.
Approximate length: 10 inches (see photos for detailed measurements).
Likely intended for use as a headboard, bunk bed, or other hanging plug-in light.
