Vintage Hand Made Sewing Box with Contents

Measures:  2.5” tall, 7” wide, 2.5” deep

This sewing box was made with a pretty calico fabric and a silk ribbon closure.  The snap closure needs repair but this is easily done.  The fabric on the outside has faded over time but the inside fabric is vibrant and beautiful.  Inside there is a flannel for needles (never used), a pin cushion, a pocket and place for spools.  Included are 2 thimbles, one brass and one plastic or Bakelite, a wooden Boye needle case with needles, a wooden spool and a pamphlet for Wiss pinking shears dated 1952!
