Victorian Era Pin Cushion with Ornate Inlaid Base, Iron Table Clamp and Hidden Drawer

Measures:  4” tall, 5.5” long, 3.5” wide

Such care was taken in the crafting of this piece!  There are several areas of inlay, including on the hidden drawer!  The drawer is dovetailed. *** Take Note:  The drawer is very tricky to open once it is pushed in all the way, I recommend leaving the drawer partially open.  The original pin cushion is in place.  There is an iron clamp on the bottom to attach to a work surface.  The handle looks like it may have initials??  The exterior of the base is beautifully veneered with a dark wood, perhaps mahogany.  Given the age, it’s not surprising that there are areas of inlaid molding missing and several veneer chips.  The integrity of the piece is not affected by this.  I have included these areas in the photos.
