Art Deco Era Sewing Box with Working Lock

Measures:  4” tall, 12” wide, 8” deep

This sewing box is perfect for organizing your sewing bits and bobs!  The exterior has art deco decoration in gold and black.  There are some signs of use and wear, to be expected for the age of the piece.  The lock works well and the key is with the box!  That almost never happens!  Inside the top is a mirror surrounded by a thick, decorative paper.  The top tray has 4 compartments and a red velvet pin cushion in very good condition.  There is a velvet lined area, for thimbles.  The tray lifts out, the bottom is all usable space for larger items.  The box is made of thick, solid wood and is in overall very good condition.
