Antique ring presentation box dating to the early 1900s. Square form with brown leather exterior featuring decorative border detail on the lid. Interior is velvet-lined with a silk-lined lid printed “Leon J. White, Jeweler, Rockland, Me.” The clasp is intact and works properly. Condition is very good overall, with expected surface wear to the leather consistent with age. There is some deterioration to the silk at the hinge area inside, as shown in photos.
Measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5". A wonderful early jewelry box with clear Maine jeweler provenance, ideal for display, antique ring presentation, or collection.
*Ring shown is for display only and is not included in the sale.*
