Antique Civil War Era Child Portraits, Ambrotype and Tintype Pair

Pair of antique child portrait photographs dating to approximately the 1860s, offered together as a set.
•    One hand-tinted ambrotype portrait of a young boy with lightly tinted cheeks on glass. 
•    One early photographic portrait (likely a tintype or other early process) of a seated child in a matching-style brass hanging frame. 
Both photographs are in ornate brass-tone frames measuring approximately 2.5" x 2". The ambrotype has a glass front and remains free of chips or cracks. The second photograph also retains its original frame with glass front, hanging loop and backing. Both images exhibit expected age-related wear, surface imperfections, and toning consistent with photographs over 150 years old. Please review photos carefully for condition.
