Victorian Era Chatelaine Sewing Thimble with Pin Cushion, Engraved SWB

Small antique sewing thimble and pin cushion combination, likely made of unmarked sterling silver. The piece measures about 1" tall and has a screw-on lid with a short chain attachment, likely meant for a sewing chatelaine set.

The base holds a removable red velvet pin cushion that fits neatly inside. When removed, the base can be used as a thimble, though it fits a very petite finger. The outside is engraved with the initials S.W.B., along with decorative stars, a crowned figure, and floral or leaf motifs. The cover screws on securely.  Has a light patina consistent with age.
