Vintage Hand Painted Lantern, For Display Only

Measures:  6.5” tall, 3.25” wide

I believe the lantern itself is quite old, however the painting could have been more recently done. The glass chimney has no chips or cracks.  The oil reservoir at the bottom of the lantern has been pierced, it can no longer be lit.  The handle and the shade are cute, rustic details.  The painted decorations are very well done, the piece is signed “Jean D Miller”.
