Vintage Collingbourne’s Metal Spool Cabinet, Store Display

Measures:  4.5” tall x 14” wide x 13” deep

This store display is likely from the 1920’s – 1930’s.  The gilt lettering on the sides of the cabinet is sharp and visible.  The 3 drawers work fine, the original pulls are in place.  The drawers are fronted with glass. The cabinet is very solid and sturdy.  It is usable and worthy of display!  One of the drawers does have a crack in the glass behind the pull. This is not loose, the glass is not moving or sharp. There is some oxidation on the pulls and the bottom of the cabinet.  Please see the photos.  The top of the cabinet has some crazing on the finish.  The Berkshire and Becket Silk Company was purchased by Albert Collingbourne in 1924.
