Vintage Sewing Basket with Spool Holders, Contents Included

Measures:  5” tall, 9” wide

This basket probably dates to around mid century.  It is in very good condition with no damage to the basket, 2 of the spool holders are missing but this is not overly noticeable.  The removable bottom liner was handmade and could easily be redone if desired.  The contents include:

14 wooden spools of thread

Wooden sock darner

3 very large brass safety pins

A thimble, size 11, this is not sterling

A bag of buttons, mostly shell

Vintage tomato with several glass topped (?) pins

3 skeins darning cotton
