Vintage Homemade Sewing Bag with Contents!

Bag Measures:  9” long, 6” wide

I put this little collection together after I found the adorable sewing bag!  The bag is a sturdy material on the outside, has velvet around the top and is a satiny material inside.  There are 2 types of satin material inside as pictured.  The bag is in very good condition with just a few areas of fraying on the outside and a couple of mends.  The button has come away but could be replaced.  The black darner shows signs of use as would be expected.  There are 2 spools of silk, the Belding Corticelli is white and has been partially used.  The Richardson’s looks to be a full spool.  Both spools are wooden.  The thimble is a size 9 and I believe it is nickel silver.  The needle case is very interesting, it is glass.  Most of the needles inside have gold eyes.  The little wooden ruler is 6”, Clark’s ONT Spool Cotton is advertised on both sides.
