Pair of Needle Cases, Transporation Related

Measures:  Streamliner – 4” x 7”, Airplane – 5.5” x 3”

I love these needle cases!  I picked them up not knowing the Streamlined Flier is considered “hard to find”.  This was the ultimate in futuristic travel at the time, there is even an illustration of travel through the ages starting with the horse!  The train has a shiny finish to it when held to the light.  Some of the needles are still in place, but some have been taken out.  There is some damage to the case, please see photos.  The airplane “Piccadilly” needle case is in very good condition.  Most of the needles are in place and there is little to no damage to the case.  I believe these cases are mid century or earlier.
