Vintage Half Doll Pin Cushion

Measures:  6.5” tall, 4.5” wide

This pretty lady is made of porcelain, she is cradling a bouquet of flowers and is wearing a most elegant gown of pink satin.  The pink has faded a bit through the years but there aren’t any tears in the fabric and there are no chips or cracks in the porcelain.  Porcelain half dolls reached the height of their popularity between 1900 and 1930.  I believe this lady would qualify as a “shabby chic” addition to the sewing room!
