The box itself is very old, I’m estimating mid 1800’s. It measures: 10” long, 8” wide, and 3” tall.  The drawing in the top, under glass, looks to be pen and ink, hand colored.  The lid lifts to reveal a mirror in the top.  There are no chips or cracks in the mirror.  Inside, the bottom is glass, divided into 3 sections.  The wood inside is painted a gold color.  The bottom under the glass is lined with gold paper.  There is a crack in the bottom glass.  It is stable.  The box is made of wood and painted white.  There are signs of age and wear on the paint.  The bottom of the box has a sturdy paper over the glass.  Please see the photos.

*Box and contents only included in the sale, feature photo helpers may be for sale elsewhere in the Shop :-)
