Antique Princess Wooden Embroidery Hoop, 4 inch

Oh my gosh!  This is so tiny and cute!  And it’s in very good condition!  There are no cracks or chips in this hoop.  The bow spring is intact and well attached.  There is some discoloration on the metal of the spring.  It is stamped “Princess Made in USA”.  This hoop was made by Gibbs Manufacturing Co. of Canton, OH.  I believe this dates to approximately the 1920’s, perhaps a bit earlier.  And it can certainly be used for stitching today!
