1950’s Kayanee Sew Master (#9)

Measures:  6.5” tall, 8” wide, 4.5” deep

First of all, this little machine has been loved and played with!  The machine itself sits rather loosely on the base, the wheel turns all the way round but only with much encouragement!  It is cute for display but may not be operational.  The needle plate is quite pitted, you can just make out “Berlin Made in Germany US Zone”.  This was made during the Allied occupation following WWII.  There is no needle in place and the presser foot is lifted by pulling up on the spring attached to it.  The little red wooden handle on the wheel is adorable and blue paint is vibrant!
