1950’s Hatbox, G. Fox & Co.

Measures:  6” tall, 9.5” wide

This charming round hatbox is constructed of sturdy cardboard and covered with paper in shades of blue.  The soft fabric handle for carrying is in place.  The décor on the outside of the box features prominent Connecticut buildings of the time.  Handwritten on the side of the cover, “gold jeweled pillbox velvet”.  This hatbox is a creative, vintage storage solution for small items, or could be used in place of the basket for a gift basket!
