1940’s Grandee Spanish Olives Jar/Cocktail Shaker - Brooklyn, NY

The Mawer Gulden -Annis Co. was established in 1907 in Brooklyn, NY and they specialized in olives from Seville, Spain.  This wonderful glass jar has the original labels and the original metal top which has holes in it so that it can double as a cocktail shaker!  There are no chips or cracks in the jar, there is some paper loss to the lithographed labels, but they are still readable and colorful.  This is a beautiful, unusual piece and would be a fun display in any room!
