1920’s The Diamond Small Paper Cutter

Measures:  7” X 7”

This paper cutter is still sharp and works great!  Use with caution!!  It is so cute, a great size for crafting – it will fit nicely on a shelf, desk and looks great for display but will come in handy too!  It has a wooden base with 7” ruler, cast iron handle which reads “The Diamond Pat’d Jan 15, 1896”.  The date is somewhat blurred so it is open to interpretation!  There is some paint loss on the handle and a few spots on the wooden base, all adding to the aged patina!
