1920’s J&P Coats Spool Cabinet, Store Display Case

Measures:  13” wide, 13” deep, 3” tall

An ideal display case in wonderful condition!  This little cabinet is so solidly made!  There are no chips or cracks in the wood, it is all solid wood, there is no plywood used here!  The glass is pristine, no chips or cracks there either.  The graphics are sharp and undamaged, the hinges work well.  There is one corner that has come away just a bit, I have photographed this.  I have made an educated guess as to the age, I can’t find an exact comparison, but this looks to me like it belongs to the 1920’s perhaps 1930’s era.  This cabinet would have sat on a store counter and been stocked with wonderfully colorful spools of Best Six Cord Spool Cotton!
