1920’s - 1930’s Toy Cash Register, Bank

Measures:  5” tall, 4.5” wide

Made by The Durable Toy & Novelty Co. of New York City and Cleveland, OH, this little register was likely made in the first half of the 1900’s.  The company was started in 1907, sold and moved by the 1940’s to New Jersey so we know this was made prior to the 1940’s as the factory stamp is Cleveland.  The register buttons work and the drawer releases, but it may need some assistance to open all the way.  There is some paint loss, especially on the bottom.  It’s compact size makes it nice for a display or collection!
