1920’s – 1930’s Georgia Rose Face Powder Tin

Measures:  4” across, 3” tall

This beautiful old tin has many possibilities!  It’s art deco lines and subtle rose decorations are just beautiful!  The Passaic Metal Ware Company which made the tin was established in 1911, I found an ad for this powder in a 1929 newspaper, so given that information and the art deco-ness of it, I believe this dates to the 1920’s – 1930’s!  The tin does have some signs of use and wear, the paint is missing in small areas but there are no dents and the cover fits nicely.
