1912 Memorial Edition “Sinking of the Titanic”, Prospectus – Salesman Sample

This book was published not long after the sinking.  The photos, sketches, and firsthand accounts are amazing.  This is actually a Prospectus or Salesman’s Sample.   The pages at the back are note paper, I assume for taking orders – there are 2 names and addresses listed.  I think the original owner was not a high-pressure salesman…. There are several pages of photos, sketches, and many descriptions of the disaster in the survivor’s own words.  It’s a bit like reading letters from them.   The book is in fair condition, it is cloth bound and covered with a photo of the Titanic pasted on the front.  The binding is tender in areas but still very readable.  What an interesting addition to a collection!
