1800’s Mother of Pearl Thread Winder (#1)

Measures:  1 1/8” x 7/8”

Lovebirds grace the front of this iridescent thread winder.  It is very thin and delicate, somebody had incredible skill and patience to carve this!  This may have been part of a Palais Royal sewing box, made in Paris as they frequently used Mother of Pearl for many of their items.
