Vintage Baby! Handmade Silk Blanket, Mittens and Booties, Hazel Atlas “Baby Bunting” Bottle

Blanket Measures:  27”x24”

This collection makes a unique baby shower gift—guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind!  The silk blanket features hand-cut and stitched appliqués of a puppy and a kitten, the backing is a durable cotton material. While it has a few flaws and spots, it remains in very good vintage condition overall.  It is possible that the spots may come out with a very gentle detergent, I will leave this to the buyer’s discretion.  I estimate this blanket dates to the 1940’s to 1950’s, it is fragile and should be used for decorative purposes only.

The mittens are hand knit and still attached with a yarn stitch at the top – never worn!  The booties may be hand knit as well and also look like they have never been worn.  Neither have any flaws that I can see.

The Hazel Atlas “Baby Bunting” bottle has a bunny on the front and ounce measurements on the back.  There are no cracks or chips on the bottle.  Hazel-Atlas made Baby Bunting bottles primarily during the 1930s and 1940s.
