Vintage Folk Art Sewing Whimsy

This helpful little whimsy was homemade, likely as a gift.  It doesn’t appear to have ever been used, perhaps only lovingly displayed.  There is a cute poem with the instructions: “Put your thimble in my pockets, stick your needles in my knees, Put your thread down in my neck and hang me where you please.”  There is no damage, the fabric has faded a bit and the white has discolored very slightly.  A super cute addition to a sewing room and a great pattern for future projects and gifts!
